Marianna Madriz
About
Marianna was born in Venezuela and moved to the UK in 2008, where she has remained ever since. Her illustrations are inspired by Latin American folk art, magical realism, various films and real or imagined characters. She fights the freelance world by day and watches random obscure movies by night—mostly anything from the 60s in bright technicolor. Her clients include Creative Review, Narratively, The Arts University Bournemouth and Revista Territorio.
