Jasmine Parker grew up in the UK on a healthy diet of 80’s cartoon characters, which has influenced the development of her character Flying Merguez and his colourful universe. Flying Merguez is a break dancing, self-proclaimed comedian, ex-circus, superhero, flying sausage extraordinaire – with a band of buddies. When she's not adding fuel to the imaginary Merguez fire, she is a London based freelance illustrator and a part-time designer at Bloomsbury publishing. She graduated in 2014 from Kingston University with an MA in Communication Design: Illustration.
